Respect to all record labels that are doing the right thing for reggae artists. I man his moving along as a free man. Burning Spear will be making plenty changes in 2007. I will not be doing anymore long tours, yet I will continue to work on a limited base only. Time for I man to sit back, and reap what I sow. Most of my energy will go into making I man documentary from the top again. And into recording a new studio album.

The Wood Dry But It Still Heavy
Yes, People Of the world, I man say the wood is dry but it’s still heavy. I have had the best start of the New Years. For the first time, I was jamming at Culture Room on New Years Eve, I got to meet plenty of fans that made the long journey to Ft. Lauderdale. Then it was off to Jam Cruise. I would like to say respect to Mark Brown, Annabel, Judy, and also to Leda.
Jam Cruise was just what the old Rastaman needed to start 2007 on the right track. I met Mr. George Porter, and his lovely wife, and an energized group of young musicians. Umphreys McGee, they invite the Old Rastaman to jam with them. I tell you I had the best time yet Jamming with Umphreys McGee. I am still singing the song we made up on stage. Song name Jamming on Jam Cruise. I would recommend this cruise to anyone who wants to have fan on a cruise.
While on Jam Cruise I was able to do a lot of meditation, yes come people lets reason for a second about the things that take place with I and I.
The past few years were filled with unnecessary confusion. I have decided that I am not going to take any of this unnecessary confusion with I man into this year 2007.
Are you my friend, neighbor, or enemy? Since I don’t know which one you are, I will stop any association with anyone that I man spirit cannot trust. Whatever a man sow this is what he will reap. Jah a go raid them for all that they have done to I man and my family.
I will never give up the fight to stop illegal sales of I man records from two companies. And I and I alone are in charge of working on my documentary. This is I man story that will be told by I man. People have even threatened to take I man to court if I speak on my blog about what they are trying to do to I man. I man is entitled to my own opinion, and the law says so. Since I throw them in the sea on Jam Cruise, and they are not important, I refuse to give them an audience. I know that I man fans will be there for the old rastaman when the time is right. Slow and steady will win the race. Yes, this I man story.
With so much good people in this world I will not waste I man energy on the no good people. It was I man who say mistake carry no face. This race is not for the swift but for the smart. Tears of freedom drops from I man eyes everyday. To see where I am now and where I am coming from. Thank You People of the World. Yes, California tell I man that you are ready, I will be there in August. I man have always have a special love for California.
